Why SRG / Infitra / Manufacturing since 2005

A stronger manufacturing partner.

Choose SRG for a clear specification, coordinated in-house processes and practical project communication—not simply a catalogue photograph or an unsupported promise.

What this means for your order

Capability you can discuss.
Details you can agree.

Two decades of manufacturing experienceSince 2005, our work has centred on fabricated metal products and application-specific industrial requirements.
Engineering and drawing coordinationDiscuss dimensions, interfaces, material grades and tolerances before manufacture. Project-specific 3D detailing and SolidWorks requirements can be reviewed with the engineering team.
In-house process coordinationLaser cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending, fabrication and powder coating reduce the number of separate process handovers in the supply scope.
Configuration rather than guessworkRack loading, cable-tray supports, enclosure protection and mezzanine design requirements are reviewed for the actual use—not inferred from an image.
Defined quality checkpointsAgree dimensional, fit-up, weld, coating and inspection requirements with the quotation. Certificates and specific testing requirements should be requested in the order scope.
Clear production and delivery scopeConfirm quantities, drawings, material availability, packing, freight, site readiness and any installation responsibilities before committing the programme.
Support after supplyDiscuss assembly questions, replacement requirements and future configuration changes with the team responsible for your product.

Infitra / Product selection guide

Engineering, machinery, people & production discipline

Engineering and manufacturing experience since 2005

Application-led discussion and drawing coordination connect the customer requirement to the manufacturing route. SolidWorks-based 3D detailing and production drawings help clarify dimensions, interfaces, assembly and service access before release.

Engineers, skilled operators & ITI-qualified welding personnel

Engineering review, trained machine operation and fabrication skills work together across the process. Project-specific welding procedures, welder qualifications and inspection requirements are agreed where the contract calls for them.

Coordinated production workstreams

Cutting, forming, fabrication, finishing and assembly are planned together so quantities and multiple job requirements can be sequenced against actual capacity and material availability.

Delivery commitments with defined checkpoints

Drawing approval, procurement, fabrication, coating, packing and dispatch milestones establish a practical delivery programme. Site readiness, unloading and any installation dependencies are agreed with the customer.

Manufacturing and fabrication capability

Process groupMachines and facilities
Cutting & profilingCNC laser cutting, CNC turret punching/perforation, power presses, pipe cutting and sheet straightening.
FormingCNC bending, CNC pipe bending, rolling and roll forming; press/straightening operations to suit the component.
Welding & assemblyMIG, TIG, arc, spot, SAW and laser-welding capability, with welding rotators and fit-up/assembly provisions as appropriate to the job.
MachiningTurning, VMC machining and CNC tapping for agreed component requirements.
Finishing & dispatchIn-house powder-coating and painting/finishing coordination, inspection, assembly, packing and dispatch planning.

Quality control matched to the product

Confirm material grade and traceability, sheet/section thickness, dimensional checks, fit-up and weld inspection, coating preparation and finish checks, functional fit and final packing requirements. Structural loads, IP targets, acoustic targets and fire requirements each need their own relevant review or verification.

Certification and tender documentation

For orders requiring ISO quality/environmental-management documentation, UL product certification or a specific test standard, agree the exact certificate/approval, manufacturing-site scope, product/model coverage and validity before order acceptance. Company management-system certification and product certification serve different purposes; one does not establish the other.Share the tender or quality plan with our team so the required compliance matrix, inspection stages and supporting documents can be reviewed for the actual supply scope.
